Please note, this is a one-of-a-kind ring made for our ARTring 2025 exhibition. ARTring is an annual celebration of bold design and craftsmanship showcasing masterful creations from over 30 unique designers. The ARTring event is hosted in the gallery from November to January. Each ARTring comes with a dedicated Story Card featuring a sketch and quote from the designer.
The Autumn Ripple Art Ring by Claire Macfarlane captures the quiet poetry of the season’s close. Pink sapphire, colour-change garnet, and rose-cut diamond shimmer within 9ct recycled gold, their hues recalling the tender pinks and mellow browns of fading petals. With handcrafted artisanal detailing, this ring is a nature-inspired statement piece celebrating seasonal transformation.
Claire says about her Art Ring:
"Harmonious gentle pinks and warm browns evoke the fading petals and leaves of Autumn. Hand-crafted gold and pavé detail depict concentric water ripples–arising from dislodged petals floating on to still water."
