ARTring is an annual celebration of bold design and craftsmanship showcasing masterful creations from over 30 unique designers. The ARTring event is hosted in the gallery from November to January. Each ARTring comes with a dedicated Story Card featuring a sketch and quote from the designer.
The Labradorite Power Art Ring by Heather Guidero is a one-of-a-kind sculptural ring featuring a stunning checkerboard-faceted labradorite. Crafted in oxidized sterling silver with Heather’s signature hand-hammered textures, using vintage metal hammers sourced from auctions and antique fairs, the piece blends modernist aesthetics with artisanal craftsmanship. A nature-inspired statement ring that is both powerful and wearable.
Heather says about her Art Ring:
"Protection, clarity, and peaceful transformation are traits associated with labradorite, and its characteristic blue flash is said to bring calm and healing... all traits one would wish to adorn oneself with in this sculpturally inspired ring. Fabricated in deeply textured and oxidized sterling silver, the simple yet substantial setting allows the checkerboard faceted labradorite to take center stage."
