Sofia Zakia is a fine jewellery brand created and designed by Sofia Ajram in Montreal. Founded in 2016, each piece is rich with symbolism, borrowing from the worlds of art, history, and science in a harmonious juxtaposition of luxury and storytelling.

Our precious stones and metals are ethically sourced from Sri Lanka, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Tanzania, and the United States. We are proud to work with natural recycled diamonds and conflict-free metals to ensure our supply chains include well-researched, transparent relationships which meet international labor standards and exclude destructive environmental practices. We strive to work with Fair Trade gemstones from visibly traceable sources whose principles place importance on environmental protection, cultural diversity, protection of workers’ rights, worker education, and a transparent supply chain. We are dedicated to working with mines and communities that rely on the practice of mining to further develop their own communities. We improve yearly by working with suppliers to document the supply chain with the goal to push all supplies into full traceability.”
